Description:

The Thermo-Shrink Underground Feeder (UF) Splice Kit provides a dependable and easy-to-use solution for splicing 600V UF cables ranging from 14 to 8 AWG. Whether repairing or extending underground feeder cables, this kit is for both submersible and direct burial applications, including use in irrigation systems.

Each kit features heavy-wall, adhesive-lined heat shrink tubing and a four-position set screw barrel connector that ensures strong electrical engagement with each conductor. When heat is applied, the tubing forms a moisture-proof seal that protects the splice from water intrusion and provides excellent abrasion resistance for long-term durability.

Designed for quick and efficient installation, the kit is UV-resistant and meets the requirements of the 2002 NEC Code 110-14(b) and UL486D.
