Construction:
Conductor:Â
Conductors of stranded soft annealed copper are either tinned or coated with alloy. The stranding is Class B. The conductors are grouped together with the help of non-hygroscopic fillers.Â
Insulation:
Thermoplastic nylon insulation is resistant to abrasion and impact. Additionally, it has excellent tensile strength. The insulation is color-coded in many potential colors, including black, white, red, blue, green, or orange.
Jacket:
A thermoplastic PVC jacket that adds extra protection to the cable.
Armor:
An aluminum or bronze armor can be added to the cable.
