Description:
PUR-SINGLE is a European, 1000 volt, VDE approved, polyurethane flexible single-conductor wire. Recommended for installation in switch cabinets, cable assemblies and electronic equipment. Also well suited for installation in inductive loop signaling equipment and other installations requiring zero halogen and added resistance to mechanical stress. The rugged halogen-free PUR jacket makes this single core resistant to oil, petrol, sea water, waste water, acids, lye and UV radiation
Construction:
• Fine bare copper strands
• Strands to VDE-0295 Class-5, IEC 60228 Cl-5
• Special polyurethane core insulation
• Cores to VDE-0293 colors on chart
Technical:
• Working voltage: 1000 volts
• Test voltage: 3500v for 15 minutes
• Flexing bending radius: 5 x Ø
• Static bending radius: 10 x Ø
• Flexing temp: -30º C to +80º C
• Static temp: -40º C to +80º C
• Flame retardant: IEC 60332.1
• Insulation resistance: 10 MΩ x km
